Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the Private Practice Dr. Nischwitz (English)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all treatment relationships between the private practice Dr. Nischwitz, hereinafter referred to as "Practice", and the patients. Deviating conditions of the patients are not recognized unless their validity has been expressly agreed to in writing.
2. Treatment Relationship
The treatment relationship is based on the individual treatment contract, which is impliedly concluded by the patients availing themselves of the services of the Practice.
3. Services
The Practice provides medical and aesthetic services according to the current state of medical science. A (healing) success cannot be guaranteed. The Practice offers its services as a private doctor without a health insurance contract. Billing is carried out directly with the patient regardless of whether a service is covered by health insurance or not.
4. Fees and Payment
Patients are informed in advance about the estimated costs of treatment. Payment is made directly after the treatment in cash or by transfer. Patients are issued an invoice for fees, which is intended for submission to the health insurance. Please note that some services may not be covered by health insurance.
5. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments can be made by phone or electronically. Patients unable to attend a scheduled appointment are requested to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If a patient fails to show up or cancels an appointment less than 24 hours before the agreed time, the Practice reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
We strive to avoid or at least minimize waiting times in the Practice. Therefore, in the interest of all patients, I ask you to arrive on time for your appointments.
If you contact me via an online form or email, your provided data will be stored for appointment scheduling purposes within the scope of the privacy policy according to GDPR in the patient file.
Please check the security settings of the email provider you are using on your side, over which we have no control. We are not responsible for errors in data transmission or unauthorized access not caused by us. I would like to advise you not to send any confidential information via email.
6. Data Protection
The Practice commits to treating all personal data of the patients confidentially and ensuring data protection in accordance with GDPR and national data protection laws. Personal data of the patients will not be disclosed to third parties without their consent unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
7. Liability
The liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by a negligent breach of duty by the Practice or an intentional or negligent breach of duty by a legal representative or vicarious agent of the Practice is not limited by these GTC. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent legally permissible.
8. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Instead of the invalid provision, a regulation closest to the original purpose shall apply.
